Privacy policy

1. Who we are

We’re BIRD Communications Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) — a London-based creative agency that believes good ideas travel fast, but your personal data shouldn’t.

Our registered address is Soho Works, 56 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JJ, and our website lives at birdlondon.co.

We keep things simple and respectful when it comes to your privacy.

2. The information we collect

We only collect one piece of personal data:

  • Your email address — when you sign up to our newsletter or use our “Contact Us” form.

No hidden data grabs, no surprise fields, no snooping when you’re shopping.

3. How we use your information

Your email is used for exactly two purposes:

  • To send you our newsletter (only if you’ve chosen to receive it)

  • To reply to your message if you’ve contacted us directly

We don’t sell, rent, trade, or otherwise pass your information to anyone else. That’s not how we roll.

4. Cookies

We like biscuits with a cup of tea, but we’re not big on cookies.

We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and we don’t follow you around the internet.
If any functional cookies are used, they’ll only exist to make the website work properly.

5. Keeping your data safe

We store your information securely and only for as long as we need it:

  • Newsletter subscribers: we keep your email until you unsubscribe

  • Contact form enquiries: we keep your message only while handling your request

6. Your rights

You’re always in control of your data. You can:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold

  • Request corrections

  • Ask us to delete it

If you no longer want our newsletter, just click “unsubscribe” in any email, it works instantly.
